All Annual Wildflower Mix
Our All Annual Wildflower Mix is made up of 24 species that are designed to provide wildflowers for one year. It is ideal for overseeding mixed beds where the annuals have not re-seeded themselves or to rejuvenate a bed that has gone “flat”. The seeds are all annuals or perennials that act like annuals; in other words, they will bloom the first year. In some conditions, they may re-seed themselves very well if the bed is to be carried over another year. These species range in height of approximately 6-35 inches.
All Perennial Wildflower Mix
Our All Perennial Wildflower Mix is made up of 15 species of perennials that will provide many colors for years of enjoyment. When fall planted, the flowers will blossom the following spring. When spring planted, if the conditions are right, there will be some flowering but most will not flower until the following spring. The advantage of spring or summer planting is that the plants have a well-established root system for the following spring. This mix will grow to a height of approximately 36-70 inches.
Bee Friendly Flowering Mix
This natural looking lawn mix is designed to attract bees and other beneficial insects. This mix includes 86% grass species, 8% wildflowers, 5% strawberry clover, and 1% microclover.
Coastal Wildflower Mix
Our Coastal Wildflower Mix is designed with the Northwest in mind. The mix is made up of 25 species: 55% annual and 45% perennial. The first year will be a great show of color with the annuals and the succeeding years the perennials/biennials will be established to add to the magnificent color show. This mix will grow 30 – 36 inches in height.
Coastal Pollinator Wildflower Mix
Our Coastal Pollinator Wildflower mix is designed to attract native bees, bumble bees and other beneficial insects with nectar and pollen-rich flowers. Bees are particularly attracted to flowers that are blue, purple, violet, white and yellow. This mix consists of 14 introduced and native coastal species: 57% annuals and 43% perennials that bloom from mid-spring into fall. These species range in height of approximately 19-78 inches.
Dryland Wildflower Mix
Our Dryland Wildflower Mixture is made up of 25 individual species and designed to flourish in drier climates or areas that do not get moisture on a regular basis. The mix is made up of 56% annuals and 44% biennials/perennials to give a wide variety of colorful flowers for the first season as well as following years. The wildflower bed will reach a height of approximately 36 – 48 inches.
Interior Pollinator Wildflower Mix
Our Interior Pollinator Wildflower mix is designed to attract native bees, bumble bees and other beneficial insects with nectar and pollen-rich flowers. Bees are particularly attracted to flowers that are blue, purple, violet, white and yellow. This mix consists of 14 introduced and native interior species: 60% annuals and 40% perennials that bloom from mid-spring into fall. These species range in height of approximately 4-59 inches.
Low Grow Wildflower Mix
Our Low Grow Wildflower Mix is designed with beautiful species that have longer flowering periods and low growing characteristics. This mix consists of 20 species: 76% annuals and 24% perennials. It is ideal for an area where natural flower beauty and shorter growing flower bed are wanted. This mix will reach a height of approximately 18 – 24 inches.
Mountain Wildflower Mix
Our Mountain Wildflower Mix is designed to do exceptionally well in the mountain areas of the Pacific Northwest. This mix consists of 18 species: 50% annuals and 50% biennials or perennials which means the mix will give color the first year and prosper for many following years. Many of these varieties do very well in higher elevations with limited moisture. This mix will reach a height of approximately 36 – 48 inches.
